Pastoral Ministry of Care
 Trained Ministers of Care visit the homebound parishioners on Friday and Sunday mornings to bring them the Eucharist. The ministers provide comfort and support through their presence and prayer and help the parishioner to develop a deeper personal relationship with God.
Other programs include hospital visits, prayer petitions for the sick, telephone follow- up, care giver support and Family Homebound Eucharist.
If you feel called to help bring Holy Communion to the
elderly and sick of our parish in their own homes, in assisted
living facilities and nursing homes, please contact the Parish
